Leaders of Excellence
and Success

Boys and girls, teenagers aged 10-18, from a wide spectrum of Israeli society: Children, born in Israel, growing up in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Some  secular and some religious, members of the Ethiopian community, and teenagers who left the ultra-Orthodox community.
Some experienced failures and were expelled from their educational framework in which they were invisible and became transparent.

Some experienced physical and emotional violence.
For them Sport is the path to success, giving them a feeling of belonging and a sense of believing in themselves and in others. 
In the 2023-2024 school year, approximately 170 boy and girl trainees are participating in our excellence program in seven youth villages across the country.
